Ok, shoes loves omelettes, even for dinner. I Hops for the most part are generic. What sets this one apart is the staff. the service was great! The food is relatively the same at all I Hops, so it's the service that sets it apart and by which I rate most of the places I go. That said, it was clean and well maintained too. When travellin I will stop here.

Service was horrible. All we heard was how busy it was but half the tables were empty. Couldn't get a straw for drink for my 4 yr old son. Never got refill on coffee. Had to continue to flag waitress down. Worst service I've ever gotten at a IHOP. Don't come to this location!!!!!! Horrible!!!!???

Came in for a late night dinner, Chad was an excellent waiter, this place is clean and I had the delicious turkey dinner with stuffing, mashed potatoes and salad for $9.99. No complaints, great late night crew.

This sparkling new gem of an IHOP is a few low-profile tire rolls off I-15, has the latest corporate interior decoration, the most recent menus and specials - in two languages! plus helpful service staff. Some with a sense of humor. I got my panqueques with blueberries. The only thing I'd note to clumsy folk like myself is that some of the booth table tops are fastened onto very large toothpicks. When bumped, by lets say someone headed for the wash room to get clean hands for eating, the tables move. Sometimes enough to spill coffee, water, OJ, or all three. It's not good to skimp on table mounting hardware in a high volume eatery. Or maybe question guests on their clumsy factor and seat accordingly.

I absolutely love their crepes here! Though their quality changes from day to day here, they still are my go to for my morning breakfast while out and about!

This was the best IHOP I have been to! The night crew all deserve raises. Our food was delicious and the service was impeccable. And you could see the additional work being done. The food was so good I didn't even get a picture.

My sister and I have come here about five or six times. I don't usually review chains like IHOP, but this place can't get it right. It takes 20 minutes each time we order Belgian waffles and eggs .... It comes out cold and our server disappears until they drop off the check. I generally would let this slide but EVERY time with EVERY server? They're lucky they are in cedar where there's nothing good around anyway.

My wife and I have always had good luck at this iHop on our frequent trips to Cedar City. Staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food tastes fresh and is well cooked and presented. I mean, this IS a chain, and various restaurants in the chain are not always equal. However, I've always been able to trust this Cedar City location. Good food at a decent price!

Terrible service. We arrived and waited for several minutes before even being greeted and then our server was terrible. the only saving grace was that the food was actually pretty good. I don't think I will be going back any time soon though not worth the wait or bad service.

I must admit I do like IHOP's. I think it might be because they don't just bring me a cup of coffee, but they bring the coffee carafe. Stopped in at this IHOP coming into Cedar City from being out in the woodsies with my boyfriend for a little weekend excursion. Like most IHOP's they were busy on a Sunday morning, but not so busy we had to wait. We were seated right away in a booth. Our waitress came straight away and took our drink orders. It was really chilly in here though, they were pumping the AC like crazy! I ordered the International Omelet with Hash Browns, my boyfriend got the breakfast sampler plate with pancakes. Our waitress brought my meal out with pancakes instead of hash browns, which didn't bother me. However, it must have bothered her because later in our meal she brought me out a plate of hash browns anyway even though I said the pancakes were fine. She also offered us warm maple syrup, I like it when they do that. Overall very nice experience. A good place to stop for breakfast if you're headed through Cedar City any time.

I am not entirely a fan of Ihop's, but my wife loves it so I said, why not! Last year, we tried D*****s and was not impressed so I was hesitant to try Ihop (figured service would be the same) and I was wrong. The staff was very friendly, the manager greeted us and sat us at our table. Jade was our waitress and is very frienldly. Beverages were brought out right away, the food was good ( I had the steak tips and eggs) and I can definitely say I will be back. You can't go wrong

Stopped in for breakfast on our way up to Ogden on 3/16/2013. Order the Western Melt and the whole sandwich tasted like it was a week old. Ham was hard as rock and had a cardboard taste, bread, which was toasted, was all crumbly and hard. Got another one after complaining and it was the same except the ham was a bit softer. We have always stopped at this IHOP when traveling through Utah but I don't think we'll ever go here again. Food just plain sucked and I believe the cooks need some real good training. Service is till tops though.
